ENJOY A CLASSIC VODKA TONIC MADE WITH DUTCH BARN ORCHARD VODKA®.
This is the perfect summer serve, bringing together our flawless spirit with Mediterranean flavours for remarkably refined refreshment. Remember to clap your fresh rosemary for a lovely fresh aroma.
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Dutch Barn Orchard Vodka®
- 100ml Mediterranean tonic
- Cubed ice
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- Pink grapefruit slice
- Rosemary sprig (clapped)
METHOD
- Take a square shaped spritz/white wine glass – 12 to 14oz size
- Pour 50ml of Dutch Barn Orchard Vodka®
- Pour 100ml of Mediterranean tonic
- Add a scoop of cubed ice in large squares to fill most of the glass
- Add 2 dashes of orange bitters over the ice
- Add a pink grapefruit slice
- Take a rosemary sprig and clap it to release the oils
- Place rosemary behind the grapefruit, against the glass
- Raise both garnishes so they stand up out of the glass
