& CONDITIONS

Eligibility:

2.1. The promotion is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom who are at least 18 years old at the time of submission and who are of legal drinking age to purchase alcohol in the United Kingdom.

2.2. Employees of Ellers Farm Distillery Ltd, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

2.3. There is no entry fee to redeem this promotion, only the purchase requirements outlined in the terms and conditions of the Entry Method to be eligible for the promotion.

Entry Period:

3.1. The promotion begins on 30th May 2024 and ends at midnight GMT on 31st October 2024 (Closing Date). Submissions after the specified time will not be eligible for participation in the promotion.

3.2. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice at their sole discretion. Such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

3.3. No responsibility can be accepted for submissions not received for whatever reason.

3.4. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate promotion details supplied to any individual by any third party connected with this promotion.

Entry Method:

4.1. To qualify for the promotion, participants must purchase a 70cl bottle of Dutch Barn Orchard Vodka (online or in-store).

4.2. Once you have purchased a bottle, individuals must email their proof of purchase to freetours@dutchbarn.com.

4.3. Only one email submission will be accepted per person with supporting receipt evidence. Multiple entries from the same person will not be permitted.

Promotion Details:

5.1. Eligible participants will receive a £40 discount code that can be only redeemed for distillery tour tickets at Ellers Farm Distillery via their online booking system on ellersfarmdistillery.com. The distillery tours have a full value of £20 each (price is subject to vary when on promotion throughout the calendar year). The discount code must be redeemed by 31st October 2025 at midnight GMT.

5.2. The promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. Tour dates are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any promotion with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Notification Of Eligible Individuals:

6.1. Once a participant’s submission has been qualified following verification from a member of the team at Ellers Farm Distillery Ltd, eligible individuals will receive a £40 discount code via email from Ellers Farm Distillery Ltd that they can redeem for distillery tour tickets on ellersfarmdistillery.com.

6.2. Individuals who qualify for the promotion will be notified by email within 14 days after the Closing Date. Eligible individuals will only ever be contacted by Ellers Farm Distillery Ltd. If an eligible individual cannot be contacted via email, Ellers Farm Distillery Ltd shall not be held liable for any reason. The individual submitting their details for the promotion is responsible for ensuring they can receive any inbound emails from Ellers Farm Distillery Ltd.

6.3. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

General Conditions:

7.1. Ellers Farm Distillery Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the promotion entry process or violating these terms and conditions.

7.2. Ellers Farm Distillery Ltd is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, human error, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or line failure in connection with the promotion.

7.3. By participating in the promotion, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Ellers Farm Distillery, which are final and binding in all matters related to the promotion.

7.4. Participants are reminded to drink responsibly and to enjoy Ellers Farm Distillery products responsibly.

7.5. By submitting your proof of purchase for the promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

7.6. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X or any other social network. You are providing your information to Ellers Farm Distillery Ltd and The Alchemist and not to any other party.

7.7. Ellers Farm Distillery Ltd reserves the right to cancel the promotion if circumstances arise outside of its control.

7.8. Any travel expenses, or any other expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer and their guest.

Governing Law:

8.1. The promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Personal Data:

9.1. Any personal data relating to participants (eligible and non-eligible to the promotion) will not be disclosed to a third party without the participant’s prior consent. All personal data of participants will not be collected by Ellers Farm Distillery Ltd. All emails sent to freetours@dutchbarn.com will be used for the sole purpose of contacting individuals in relation to the promotion in this terms and conditions during the Entry Period and 14-day period following the Closing Date. All emails without prior consent to receiving marketing communications from Ellers Farm Distillery Ltd (or their subsidiary brand Dutch Barn Orchard Vodka) will be permanently deleted after 30 days of the Closing Date for data protection purposes.
