• 1¾oz Dutch Barn Vodka®
• 3⅓oz dry ginger ale
• Cubed ice
• 2 dashes orange bitters
• 1 half moon orange slice
• 2 fresh sprigs of thyme

1. Take a square shaped spritz/white wine glass – 12 to 14oz size.
2. Pour 50ml of Dutch Barn Vodka®.
3. Pour 100ml of dry aged ginger ale.
4. Add a scoop of cubed ice in large squares to fill most of the glass.
