- 15ml Elderflower cordial
- 100ml Soda water
- Cubed ice
- Lime wedge garnish
- Mint sprig garnish
METHOD
- Add ice to stemless wine glass
- Build ingredients over ice
- Garnish with a wedge of lime and a sprig of mint
