It’s all about apples with this contemporary classic, made famous over in the Big Apple. The citizens of NYC have enjoyed Apple-tinis for years and they’re finally hitting our side of the pond. Enjoy our spin on it, made with a fresh orchard bounty including Dutch Barn Vodka crafted from British apples.

INGREDIENTS

40ml Dutch Barn Vodka®
10ml Apple liqueur e.g. Monin Liqueur De Manzana Verde
35ml Apple juice
10ml Sugar syrup (made with half sugar and half water)
10ml Lemon juice
Apple fan garnish (to keep apple fresh, store in lemon juice and water)

METHOD

Add ice to cocktail shaker.
Add all ingredients.
Shake well.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with apple fan.
