Combining crisp orchard spirit with ginger ale and a fresh orange slice, it’s deliciously easy drinking as the night draw in. The orange bitters and thyme bring delicious aromatic layers that you’ll keep coming back to.
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Dutch Barn Orchard Vodka®
- 100ml dry ginger ale
- Cubed ice
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- 1 half moon orange slice
- 2 fresh sprigs of thyme
METHOD
- Take a square shaped spritz/white wine glass – 12 to 14oz size
- Pour 50ml of Dutch Barn Orchard Vodka®
- Pour 100ml of dry aged ginger ale
- Add a scoop of cubed ice in large squares to fill most of the glass
- Add 2 dashes of orange bitters over the ice
- Garnish with half moon slice of orange
- Place a couple of sprigs of fresh thyme so they sit behind the orange against the glass
- Position the thyme so it sticks out of the glass
