ABOUT THIS COCKTAIL

A tropical twist on a traditional Collins, this summer serve is deliciously sessionable and bursting with refreshing flavours. This serve blends the sweetness of mango with the gentle heat of habanero, creating a fruity, spicy treat for the tastebuds.

INGREDIENTS

  • 40ml Dutch Barn Vodka®
  • 35ml Mango juice
  • 10ml Mango and Habanero syrup (reduce down 2 parts mango juice, 1 part sugar and a diced, deseeded habanero pepper. Strain and cool)
  • 5ml Lemon juice
  • 25ml Soda water
  • Cubed ice
  • Lime garnish
  • Chilli garnish

METHOD

  1. Add ice to a shaker.
  2. Add all the rest of the ingredients except for the soda.
  3. Shake and strained into a highball or tall glass full of ice.
  4. Top with soda.
  5. Garnish with a fresh lime wheel and a fresh red chilli.
