Our award-winning Dutch Barn Vodka is expertly handcrafted from British apples in our North Yorkshire distillery. We distil it not once, not twice, but a whopping 70 times to give it a crisp, clean and smooth flavour profile that’s so good you’ll raise an appreciative eyebrow (or two).

What is Subscribe & Save?
If you are a fan of Dutch Barn Vodka, then our Subscribe & Save service is for you. We’ll deliver our vodka to your door every three months with 10% off each subscription bottle. It's that simple!
How do I set up a subscription?
Click on the product you’d like to subscribe to. Once you have checked out, you will be emailed with the information required to manage your subscription.
Your subscription account login details will be sent to the email address provided during the checkout process when you joined our Subscribe & Save service on the Dutch Barn website.
When will my payment be taken?
When you sign up, you'll pay for the first bottle and then after that, payment will be taken every three months.
Following each payment, your bottle will then be shipped and delivered by our team.
For example, if you signed up on May 15th, the payment for your next bottle will be on August 15th.
Where can I see my subscriptions?
You can edit your subscriptions through the customer portal via a link which you receive by email or go to your account on our website if you've signed up.
You will receive an email containing a link which leads to all of your subscriptions. The form where you can request such email is accessible on https://dutchbarn.com/a/subscriptions/login.
How do I edit my details?
Once logged into your account, go to the Subscriptions customer portal and select the one you would like to manage.
You can change your email address, payment details, shipping info, add/remove products and change the quantity of the products.
Is it possible to apply a discount code to a subscription order?
No, discount codes are only valid for non-subscription orders and cannot be used in conjunction with the 10% discount already included in our Subscribe & Save program.
What is the delivery cost of my subscription?
All subscription orders in the UK include FREE delivery. Please note that delivery costs may be subject to change in the future.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, you must first meet our minimum subscription term of 60 days since placing your initial order via our Subscribe & Save service.
Once you have reached the minimum term above, all you have to do it confirm you would like to cancel your subscription plan by contacting us at info@dutchbarn.com and we can get that processed for you.
Please be aware that you’ll need to cancel your subscription before your next payment date to avoid being charged. We recommend letting us know at least 7 days before your subscription renewal is due to allow sufficient time for our team to action this for you.
What happens if my payment can't be processed?
If the subscription can't be renewed because a payment can't be processed, you will receive an email with a link where you can safely update your payment method.
Can I send a future subscription order to someone else?
Absolutely! Simply visit your subscription in the customer portal and update the shipping details. If you do this before your next subscription order is processed, it will be sent to the new address. Just be sure to update the address again later to avoid future orders being sent to the wrong location.
