When will I receive my unique passcode and the pre-sale ticket link?
Once you have signed up to our subscription plan, you will receive your unique passcode and the pre-sale ticket link via email within one hour (link only available once tour dates have been announced).
Which shows can I use my passcode for?
Your unique passcode can be used for the 2024/25 UK dates of Ricky's new tour, which we will share on this page once announced.
What happens if I return my bottle or cancel my subscription?
If you wish to cancel your Subscribe & Save plan, you must meet our minimum subscription term of 60 days after which you can cancel your subscription by contacting our team at info@dutchbarn.com.
If you choose to cancel your subscription or return your bottle, your unique passcode for priority ticket access will become invalid.
Will my unique passcode allow me to book tickets for non-UK shows on the 'Mortality' world tour?
No, your unique passcode will only work on UK shows once they have become available to purchase via the pre-sale ticket link.
What is the maximum number of passcodes I can receive?
Each Subscribe & Save customer is eligible to receive one passcode per registered email address. This passcode gives you access to purchase up to a maximum of two pre-sale tickets. Whether you have one or multiple subscriptions, you will only ever receive one passcode per registered email address.
Does my unique passcode have an expiration date?
Your unique passcode has no expiration date, so you can use it to book pre-sale tickets (once they are available to purchase) for any UK shows announced as part of Ricky's 2024/25 world tour.
