The Churchill Martini is a cocktail of legendary elegance and minimalism, inspired by the iconic preferences of Winston Churchill himself. This dry martini features a generous pour of Dutch Barn Vodka, stirred to perfection with ice and served in a chilled martini glass. True to Churchill's famously dry taste, the vermouth is kept well out of reach, simply hovering in the room, never actually touching the drink. INGREDIENTS

60ml Dutch Barn Vodka
A bottle of dry vermouth (somewhere in the room will do - but must remain unopened)
Lemon twist garnish

METHOD

Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add 60ml of Dutch Barn Vodka.
Channel your inner Winston Churchill and leave the dry vermouth in the cupboard - it's not needed here!
Stir generously and strain into a frozen martini glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
