INGREDIENTS

60ml Dutch Barn Vodka
A bottle of dry vermouth (somewhere in the room will do - but must remain unopened)
Lemon twist garnish

METHOD

Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add 60ml of Dutch Barn Vodka.
Keep a bottle of dry vermouth somewhere in the room will that must remain unopened.
Stir generously and strain into a frozen martini glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
