INGREDIENTS

30ml Raspberry Dutch barn
20ml Campari
10ml Cocchi Americano
10ml rhubarb liqueur
Lemon

METHOD

Add all ingredients to a mixing jug with ice.
Stir for 30 seconds.
Strain into a glass with ice.
Garnish with rough cut lemon zest.
