A TOAST TO DONKEYS
The Donkey Sanctuary is on a mission to improve the lives of donkeys and mules around the world. From rescuing abandoned or mistreated animals in the UK, to working in communities across the globe where donkeys are a vital part of daily life, they provide care, love, and protection to thousands of donkeys every year.

- Provide vet care and welfare training in countries where donkeys are working animals.
- Campaign to end cruelty, neglect, and exploitation of donkeys worldwide.

For every bottle of Dutch Barn Ginger Spiced Vodka sold globally, we will donate 25% of profits from 1 October 2025 to The Donkey Sanctuary (Registered Charity No. 1207593).
A minimum donation of £1 per bottle will be made, with no maximum. See full Terms & Conditions below.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Promoter:
Ellers Farm Distillery Limited (“Ellers Farm”), Buttercrambe Road, Stamford Bridge North Yorkshire, YO41 1AR.
Charity:
The Donkey Sanctuary (Registered Charity No. 1207593), Slade House Farm, Sidmouth, EX10 0NU (“The Donkey Sanctuary” or the “Charity”)
Donkey World Limited, a company incorporated in England & Wales (company number 04452098) with registered office at The Donkey Sanctuary, Sidmouth, Devon, EX10 0NU (“DW”). DW is wholly owned by the Charity.
Promotion period:
Unless terminated earlier by Ellers Farm, DW or the Charity in accordance with the terms of their agreement, from 1 October 2025 to when Ellers Farm discontinues selling Dutch Barn Ginger Spiced Vodka.
Donation mechanics:
Ellers Farm will donate 25% of profits from global sales of Dutch Barn Ginger Spiced Vodka to DW, plus any applicable VAT, provided that Ellers Farm will make a minimum donation of £1 (plus applicable VAT) per bottle. "Profits" means revenue from qualifying sales minus applicable taxes and duties, direct costs of production, sales and marketing and a proportionate allocation of overheads based on production volume. Ellers Farm will not receive any payment from DW or The Donkey Sanctuary in connection with this fundraising. Upon receipt of Ellers Farm donation distribution notice DW will produce an invoice.

Ellers Farm will publish donation totals on dutchbarn.com and provide DW and the Charity with an annual externally verified statement.
