These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Liquid Legends loyalty programme (the “Programme”), operated by Ellers Farm Distillery Limited as the owner of Dutch Barn Orchard Vodka (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account on dutchbarn.com or by participating in the Programme, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
1.1 The Programme is open to individuals aged 18 or over and residing in the United Kingdom.
1.2 Businesses, agencies, or groups making bulk or trade purchases or purchases through wholesale or purchasing for resale (in any channel) are not eligible to participate unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.3 We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or remove access to the Programme if fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected.
2. Enrolment
2.1 Customers automatically join the Programme when they create an account on dutchbarn.com.
2.2 Existing customers with historical purchases on dutchbarn.com will automatically receive points for their past qualifying purchases during the last 12 months. These points will be visible once they log in (or create an account using the same email address previously used). A link to “Rewards” will be available within the customer account area.
3. Earning Points
3.1 Points (“Points”) can be earned through qualifying actions, including but not limited to the list below. Points may change over time, and we reserve the right to amend the structure without prior notice.
Online & Account Actions
- Buying an Alumini product – 25 pts
- Follow Dutch Barn on X – 50 pts
- Follow Spirit of Comedy or Dutch Barn Media and Entertainment on Instagram – 50 pts
- Provide your birthday - 50 pts
- Follow Dutch Barn on Instagram – 75 pts
- Like Dutch Barn on Facebook – 75 pts
- Leaving a product review – 100 pts
- Complete a survey when sent out via email - 100 pts
- Buying Dutch Barn merchandise – 100 pts
Purchasing
- Buying any flavour 70cl Dutch Barn Vodka bottle online (per bottle) – 100 pts
- Additional points when order includes multiple 70cl Dutch Barn Vodka flavours – +50 pts
- Purchasing another 70cl Dutch Barn Vodka bottle (any flavour) within one month of the previous purchase – 100 pts
External Purchases (Manual Validation Required)
Customers may earn points for purchases made outside dutchbarn.com:
- Proof of purchase of any flavour 70cl Dutch Barn bottle from a supermarket – 100 pts
- Proof of purchase of a Dutch Barn cocktail from a bar – 50 pts
Important:
3.2 For external purchases, customers must email a clear photograph of the receipt to legend@dutchbarn.com.
3.3 The proof of purchase must be sent from the same email address that is registered to the customer’s dutchbarn.com account. Receipts sent from unregistered or alternate email addresses will not qualify for points.
3.4 All external claims are reviewed manually, and Points will only be awarded once the receipt is validated.
Referral
- Referring a new customer (points awarded when the referred friend makes a qualifying purchase) – 200 pts
Subscribers
- Subscribers receive an additional 200 points for every £75 spent.
4. Redeeming Points
4.1 Points may be redeemed for reward vouchers (“Vouchers”) at the following rates:
- £5 Voucher – 375 pts
- £10 Voucher – 750 pts
- £20 Voucher – 1,400 pts
- £50 Voucher – 3,500 pts
- £75 Voucher – 4,875 pts
- £150 Voucher – 9,750 pts
4.2 Vouchers may only be used on dutchbarn.com on orders over £30, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4.3 Redeeming Points does not reduce a customer’s tier status.

- Early access to new flavours & limited editions (“Inner Circle”)

- Status bottle
6. Tier Maintenance
6.1 Customers do not lose their tier when redeeming Points.
6.2 To retain their tier, customers must earn at least 25% of the points required to enter their current tier within a rolling 12-month period.
6.3 If the requirement is not met, the customer will drop to the tier below.
7. Discount Limitations & Stacking Rules
7.1 Tier-based discounts (e.g., 5%, 10%, 15%) may be used alongside our standard, always-on spend-and-save ladder.
7.2 Tier-based discounts cannot be combined with non-standard promotions, including but not limited to:
- Black Friday/Cyber Monday (BFCM) promotions
- Flash sales
- Limited-time deep discounts
7.3 For example, a customer in the F*cking Legend tier cannot apply the 15% discount on top of a separate BFCM site-wide promotion.
7.4 We reserve the right to determine what is classified as a non-standard promotion.
8. Points Validity & Adjustments
8.1 Points have no monetary value outside of the Programme.
8.2 We may adjust Points if purchases are cancelled, refunded, charged back, or flagged for fraud.
8.3 Misuse of the Programme—including creating multiple accounts to gain extra Points—may result in removal from the Programme.
9. Programme Changes
9.1 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme, including Points, tiers, and rewards and these terms and conditions at any time.
9.2 Where possible, reasonable notice will be provided, but we are not obligated to do so.
