Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter: Ellers Farm Distillery Limited, Ellers Farm, Buttercrambe Road, Stamford Bridge, North Yorkshire YO41 1AR, company no. [12937552].
  2. Eligibility: Open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Anyone professionally connected with the promotion, can’t enter.
  3. How to enter: Scan the QR code and complete the online entry form with the details requested. No purchase necessary. One entry per person; duplicate entries will be disregarded.
  4. Opening and closing: The promotion opens at 2pm on 15 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 25 October 2026. Entries received after closing won’t count.
  5. Prize: There are 6 winners. Each wins 2 tickets to a Ricky Gervais live show (12 tickets in total). Winners choose from a list of venues and dates provided by the Promoter, subject to availability. The prize is tickets only. Travel, accommodation, food, drink and any other costs are the winner’s responsibility. There’s no cash alternative and the prize can’t be transferred. The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control require it.
  6. Winner selection: Winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries by 28 October 2026 by an independent person / a verifiable random process
  7. Notification: Winners will be contacted by email within 3 working days of the draw. They must reply and confirm their venue choice within 5 days. If a winner doesn’t respond in time, or is ineligible, the Promoter may draw an alternative winner.
  8. Winners list: The surname and county of winners will be available on request from info@dutchbarn.com for one month after the draw.
  9. Data: Personal data is used to run this promotion, in line with the Promoter’s privacy policy at https://dutchbarn.com/policies/privacy-policy. By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from Dutch Barn Vodka. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  10. General: The Promoter may cancel or amend the promotion if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary. The promotion isn’t sponsored, endorsed or administered by Ricky Gervais or the show’s promoters. These terms are governed by English law.
