Classic Martinis are very much back in fashion (though as King Charles’ favourite cocktail, did they ever really go away?). We’ve remade ours afresh, straight from the orchard, with a unique Calvados rinse you won’t find anywhere else.

INGREDIENTS

60ml Dutch Barn Vodka®
Heavy Calvados rinse (recommend 10ml)
Cubed ice
Dehydrated apple garnish

METHOD

Rinse chilled glass with Calvados and discard.
Stir Dutch Barn Vodka® over ice in mixing glass for 10-15 seconds.
Garnish with a wheel of dehydrated apple.
Fine strain and enjoy.
