60ml Dutch Barn Vodka
10ml Dry vermouth
Mini onion skewer garnish

METHOD

Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add all ingredients (except garnish).
Stir generously and strain into a frozen martini glass.
Garnish with a skewer of pickled onions.
