A refreshing and flavourful twist on the classic Mojito, the Cherry Mojito combines the smoothness of white rum and Dutch Barn Vodka Black Cherry with the sweetness of sugar syrup. Muddled with fresh mint leaves and a maraschino cherry, this cocktail is served over ice and topped with soda water for a crisp, effervescent finish. Garnished with a mint sprig and a maraschino cherry, the Cherry Mojito is the perfect balance of fruity sweetness and refreshing mint, ideal for any occasion with friends.

INGREDIENTS

30ml White rum
30ml Dutch Barn Vodka Black Cherry
15ml Sugar syrup
Mint leaves
Maraschino cherries
Top up with soda water
Maraschino cherry and mint sprig garnish

METHOD

Add the rum, vodka, syrup, 5 mint leaves and a maraschino cherry to a highball glass.
Muddle all ingredients.
Add ice and stir.
Top up with soda.
Garnish with mint sprig and maraschino cherry.
