A winter-ready Negroni with ginger heat, spiced gin and sweet vermouth, finished with dried orange and zero interest in being subtle.

INGREDIENTS

30ml Ginger Spiced Dutch barn
30ml Y Gin Winter Spiced
30ml Sweet Vermouth
Dried orange garnish
Large ice cubes

METHOD

1. Stir ingredients for 20s
2. Add ice
3. Pour into rocks glass
4. Mix gently
5. Garnish with dried orange
