ABOUT THIS COCKTAIL

A bright, sun-soaked citrus spritz - Dutch Barn Mediterranean Citrus Vodka and Ellers Farm Grapefruit & Pineapple Liqueur, lifted with fresh lime, a pinch of salt and topped with sparkling grapefruit soda, finished with a slice of ruby grapefruit.

INGREDIENTS

40ml Mediterranean Citrus Vodka
20ml Grapefruit & Pineapple Liqueur
15ml Fresh Lime Juice
120ml Grapefruit Soda
Pinch of salt
Ice Cubes
Grapefruit

METHOD

Add vodka, liqueur, fresh lime juice
Add a pinch of salt to the glass
Fill the glass with ice.
Top with grapefruit soda.
Stir gently
Garnish with a grapefruit slice

Discover our small batch handmade Mediterranean Citrus vodka, bursting with natural flavours and married with our signature Dutch Barn Vodka distilled from British apples.

We hand select a medley of the finest Mediterranean citrus fruits, cutting up fresh lemons, limes and oranges which we macerate for several hours. We then combine the fresh peels with dried pomelo, orange and lime using a combination of our pot and infusion basket to enhance the aroma and flavours. Finally we set it to rest to let the flavours settle and deepen.

The result is a refreshing and zesty citrus flavoured vodka of the finest quality. A subtly sweet flavour balancing bursts of citrus essential oils of orange, lime and pomelo blended with Dutch Barn’s trademark exceptionally smooth finish.
