Be transported to the beaches of Bali with this taste of the tropical. Blending the smoothness of Dutch Barn Balinese Vanilla Vodka with luscious pineapple and creamy coconut juice.

A sweet, fruity irresistible island-inspired cocktail topped off with a touch of Champagne luxury.

INGREDIENTS

50ml Dutch Barn Vodka Balinese Vanilla
50ml Pineapple juice
50ml Coconut juice
10ml Sugar syrup
Champagne (top up)
Desiccated coconut (garnish)

METHOD

Combine Dutch Barn Vodka Balinese Vanilla, pineapple juice, coconut juice and sugar syrup into a shaker with ice.
Shake well and strain into a martini glass rimmed with desiccated coconut.
Top up with champagne.

Discover our small batch handmade Balinese Vanilla vodka. Crafted from a natural, exotic blend of the finest flavours and married with our signature Dutch Barn Vodka distilled from British apples.

We hand select the finest ingredients using an exotic blend of vanilla from the island of Bali, separating the pods and slowly hot macerating them overnight. The vanilla pods are then moved to our infusion basket to enhance the aroma and flavour before blending with Dutch Barn Vodka and topping off with natural vanilla extracts. Finally we set it to rest to let the flavours settle and deepen.

The result is a silky and exotic vanilla flavoured vodka of the finest quality. A velvety smooth of our vanilla bringing a subtle sweetness and a touch of spice.
