Be transported to the beaches of Bali with this taste of the tropical. Blending the smoothness of Dutch Barn Balinese Vanilla Vodka with luscious pineapple and creamy coconut juice.

​A sweet, fruity irresistible island-inspired cocktail topped off with a touch of Champagne luxury.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Dutch Barn Vodka Balinese Vanilla​
  • 50ml Pineapple juice
  • 50ml Coconut juice
  • 10ml Sugar syrup
  • Champagne (top up)​
  • Desiccated coconut (garnish)

METHOD

  1. Combine Dutch Barn Vodka Balinese Vanilla, pineapple juice, coconut juice and sugar syrup into a shaker with ice​.
  2. Shake well and strain into a martini glass rimmed with desiccated coconut​.
  3. Top up with champagne.
