  • 40ml Dutch Barn Vodka
  • 20ml Ellers Farm Elderflower & Elderberry Liqueur
  • 15ml Fresh lemon juice
  • Top-up with cloudy apple juice
  • Garnish with apple fan and fresh mint sprig

METHOD

  1. Add the Dutch Barn Vodka, Ellers Farm Elderflower & Elderberry Liqueur and fresh lemon juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake well.
  2. Add to a glass filled with ice and top with cloudy apple juice.
