The Sour is one of those cocktail era classics that demands care and attention, with no corners cut, to ensure everything is perfectly balanced. We’ve embraced that mindset to bring together elegant orchard flavours with hints of fresh fruit. Our sophisticated Sour is refreshing, delicious and extra frothy.

INGREDIENTS

50ml Dutch Barn Vodka®
20ml Lemon juice
4 Raspberries
1/2 Egg white
20ml Sage-infused syrup (mix equal parts sugar and hot water, add sage leaves to taste and steep)
Cubed ice
Raspberry garnish
Sage garnish
Lemon wheel garnish

METHOD

Muddle 4 raspberries in a shaker.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Dry shake all ingredients without ice to create bigger froth.
Add ice and wet shake all ingredients.
Strain over ice.
Garnish with a fresh lemon wheel, sage and a raspberry.
