Combining crisp orchard spirit with ginger ale and a fresh orange slice, it’s deliciously easy drinking as the night draws in. The orange bitters and thyme bring delicious aromatic layers that you’ll keep coming back to.

• 50ml Dutch Barn Vodka®
• 100ml dry ginger ale
• Cubed ice
• 2 dashes orange bitters
• 1 half moon orange slice
• 2 fresh sprigs of thyme

1. Take a square shaped spritz/white wine glass – 12 to 14oz size.
2. Pour 50ml of Dutch Barn Vodka®.
3. Pour 100ml of dry aged ginger ale.
4. Add a scoop of cubed ice in large squares to fill most of the glass.
5. Add 2 dashes of orange bitters over the ice.
6. Garnish with half moon slice of orange.
7. Place a couple of sprigs of fresh thyme so they sit behind the orange against the glass.
8. Position the thyme so it sticks out of the glass.
