ABOUT THIS COCKTAIL

A gingerbread-heavy, cream-topped number with Ginger Spiced vodka, Baileys and amaretto, finished with caramel and biscuit crumbs, because restraint felt unnecessary

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Ginger Spiced
  • 30ml Baileys Liqueur
  • 12.5ml Gingerbread Syrup
  • 25ml Amaretto
  • 25ml Single Cream
  • Caramel sauce
  • Ginger biscuits
  • Ice
  • Shaker

METHOD

1. Add ingredients to shaker
2. Fill shaker with ice
3. Shake mixture
4. Rim coupe glass with caramel sauce
5. Roll in crumbled biscuit
6. Pour cocktail into glass
7. Top with cream (optional)
