ABOUT THIS COCKTAIL

With a martini, there’s nowhere to hide, so the quality of crisp, clean Dutch Barn Vodka truly shines, with its fruity and creamy undertones. Classic martinis are very much back in fashion (though as King Charles’ favourite cocktail, did they ever really go away?). We’ve remade ours afresh, straight from the orchard, with a unique Calvados rinse you won’t find anywhere else.

INGREDIENTS

60ml Dutch Barn Vodka
Heavy Calvados rinse (recommend 10ml)
A wheel of dehydrated apple garnish

METHOD

Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add 60ml of Dutch Barn Vodka and stir generously.
Rinse frozen glass with Calvados and discard.
Strain the vodka from your mixing glass into the frozen glass.
Garnish with a wheel of dehydrated apple.
