A vibrant, tropical cocktail crafted with Dutch Barn Vodka Balinese Vanilla. The smooth vodka pairs beautifully with tangy passion fruit puree and pineapple juice, while fresh lime juice adds a zesty kick in addition to drops of foamer for creating a creamy texture. The combination of these ingredients makes a martini that is both refreshing and exotic—perfect for your next summer party.

INGREDIENTS

50ml Dutch Barn Vodka Balinese Vanilla
25ml Passoa
25ml Pineapple juice
25ml Lime juice
25ml Passion fruit puree
8-10 drops of foamer
Dried lime wheel garnish

METHOD

Add all ingredients to a shaker.
Shake without ice.
Add ice and shake.
Fine strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with dried lime wheel.

Discover our small batch handmade Balinese Vanilla vodka. Crafted from a natural, exotic blend of the finest flavours and married with our signature Dutch Barn Vodka distilled from British apples.

We hand select the finest ingredients using an exotic blend of vanilla from the island of Bali, separating the pods and slowly hot macerating them overnight. The vanilla pods are then moved to our infusion basket to enhance the aroma and flavour before blending with Dutch Barn Vodka and topping off with natural vanilla extracts. Finally we set it to rest to let the flavours settle and deepen.

The result is a silky and exotic vanilla flavoured vodka of the finest quality. A velvety smooth of our vanilla bringing a subtle sweetness and a touch of spice.
